Triangle North Healthcare Foundation has released the Vance County Child Well-Being Analysis.
"Vance County Regional Farmers Market and NC Cooperative Extension- Vance County Center appreciates the generous funding from Triangle North Healthcare Foundation to support Vance County residents in living healthy lives. Funding from TNHF has helped provide incentives at the Farmers Market for people who have EBT and Senior Vouchers, leading to increased access to healthy foods and support for our local vendors/economy. Additionally, with TNHF support, we are excited to design and build a community garden at the market! The garden will be an opportunity for people across the county to learn how to grow together in a variety of ways, with the technical support and guidance of Cooperative Extension staff.
