TNHF Board of Directors has awarded 21 grants to 21 organizations totaling $1,207,857. for the Foundation's grant year beginning October 1, 2026.

Triangle North Healthcare Foundation’s Board of Directors has awarded four $4,000 scholarships to high school graduates from the four-county region.
The scholarships were presented to the scholars on Thursday, June 25th at the Foundation office in Henderson. Foundation board members were present as Board Chair, Terri Hedrick and Vice Chair, The Honorable Henry “Chip” Hight, Jr., presented each student with their award.
Scholarship requirements were a minimum GPA of 2.5 with plans to pursue careers in health care. From those students nominated, one scholar per county was selected to receive the $4,000 scholarship.
Funding for Triangle North Healthcare Foundation’s scholarship programs are made possible through a gift from the estates of Dr. Andrew and Felicia Newcomb.
